I worked with Director Alex Mar and photographer Maria Vinogradova to art direct and
design a simple, striking poster for the documentary. Because American Mystic follows
the lives and practices of three “mystics” in varying fringe religious groups, we wanted
to take a representative object that holds all the symbolism into what each believes in.
Below are a few selects from the works in progress. First, are the two final poster designs.

The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April in 2010.
